Acupuncture is a method of treating many different ailments through the use of very fine, skinny needles placed in various, well defined locations in the body.  Acupuncture has been utilized for thousands of years with much success in many countries  in Asia, including China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan.  To surpass some of the limitations of western medicine, Dr. Yoon has done extensive training in both the United States and China, thus becoming one of the few certified physician acupuncturists in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Dr. Yoon performs cosmetic, non-surgical face lift using acupuncture. In addition, the doctor can assist a patient with detoxification, weight loss, cigarette, and alcohol cessation by treatment with acupuncture.

Most people think of Botox as the cosmetic injections used to remove wrinkles from the face. However, Botox is also used therapeutically with many clinical applications.  Dr. Yoon has successfully treated spasticity in patients with cerebral palsy, as well as blepharospasm (blinking eyes), torticollis, excessive drooling, excessive sweating, and headaches, using Botox.
